Also, if you’re relying on AI, Redfin, or Zillow to determine your home’s value, be very, very careful. Even Zillow acknowledges its estimates have a margin of error At 5-7% mistake on a $600,000 home is $30,000–$40k . That’s a lot of money to leave on the table. Algorithms don’t replace local market expertise.
