3/4 Why not all on @vercel? Live calls need a persistent WebSocket for minutes. Serverless functions spin up per request, time out, and cold-start. Twilio needs a stable endpoint when someone picks up. So we split: UI + orchestration on Vercel, always-on telephony bridge on Render.
