One of the Screen Charm users reported that she could not activate the app because it could not reach the website. However, she could open the website in her browser. The problem was definitely not on my side, as the endpoint was working correctly. Since it was her corporate laptop, I supposed there could be some safeguards blocking the request. I issued a refund, as she could not bypass these safeguards. Any ideas from desktop app developers on how can I avoid such problems?
