No stolen creditcards, just normal fans. Considering I'm not really in the UK market, I assume the amount is much much bigger. - I have verified +80 cancels by brokers who contacted me. Especially after your tweet it kinda went viral. These are tickets for fans and now those fans spend money on traveling and hotels. Who assumes it's stolen cards? Idk. Did 12 people report the transaction as suspicious or is your system trigger happy and just auto cancels and only 12 are manually done? Idc. For the show today (Friday) I have even bigger numbers. My personal tickets were cancelled too and I'm attending the show now in Amsterdam instead. I'm 100% sure my amex card isn't stolen on my kyc verified account 🧐 So yeah, you lied about the numbers. 12? Not even close. I’ve personally counted 79 cancelled orders from people I’ve spoken to—on a restock. Other dates seem lower from what I hear through my backchannels. And yes, I’m a broker. I don’t hide it. I’m proud to be one and I do it with my head held high. I reported serious KYC and UK/IE payment issues months ago. They’re still broken. There’s no alternative to scanning your face/KYC, no status page, and EU support can’t help with ANY KYC issues because of privacy laws. I have zero cancellations and bought zero tickets for this event. I know what I do and I’ve been in this business longer than you, Saumil.😂 Maybe stop looking down on brokers and actually listen to why we speak up. We use your platform at a scale most customers never will, so we often spot problems long before they become obvious publicly. Dismissing that perspective because of what we do helps nobody. 🧐
