a lesson for creatives:
you want to be productive. the culture keeps telling you to grind, that success looks like endless days.
that in order to succeed, you need to work harder than everyone else..
take it from someone who has tried this,
if you fail to nourish the curious child within, you will wither and suffer.
blessed is the one too dumb to concern himself with new things.
he will do great things in business.
yet there are those of us who crave new adventures, for whom protected leisure is an indispensable part of life.
i have suffered enough at the hand of grindslop,
