Our founders
Hyperspell was founded in 2024 by Conor Brennan-Burke and Manu Ebert. Conor previously managed a $50m ARR product portfolio at Checkr.
Manu has over 15 years of experience in machine learning and AI, sold two prior companies, led high-growth engineering teams at Airbnb, and bought his first .ai domain in 2014 (he had to send a fax (!) to the domain authority in Anguilla to do so).
The role
As a Product Engineer, your mission is to set our customers up for success and advance what's possible with AI agents. You'll be working at the frontier of how AI systems understand, remember, and reason about information.
You'll tackle challenges like:
- Evolving the world's first self-integrating SDK: improving how developers connect their apps to Hyperspell, making integration feel like magic
- Owning relationships: you'll be the face of the company to many of our customers, responding to their feature requests and bug reports, and fixing many yourself before they even hit our ticket system
- Customer deep-dives: embedding with customers to understand their business, their data, their users, then finding opportunities to solve problems they didn't know they had
- Full-stack feature ownership: building new integrations, API endpoints, dashboard features, and analytics tools end-to-end
- Shaping the product: translating customer pain points into product direction, with insights from the field directly influencing our roadmap
- Technical enablement: helping customers architect their implementations, debug tricky issues, and get the most out of our platform
