Hay 6x más capital VC en los EUA que en la EU. Formar una Inc en los EUA es una lógico para cualquier empresa que necesite alzar fondos. Eso no quiere decir no sea empresa Española. La fundaron en Madrid, la mayoría del equipo ha estado aquí, y llevan años invirtiendo aquí.

Sabes que a Hacienda le importa un pepino adonde tenga la sede si la dirección está y el valor se crea en España? Ellos tributan en España igual que otra empresa. Forman un Inc. Porque alzar fondos en los EUA suele ser más fácil que en la EU. Hay más capital buscando hogar.
